As someone who has been performing auditing services for nearly 40 years, managing partner Barry Rogers is a great fit for performing peer review services for other small CPA firms. 

The goal of the peer review is to help  other firms focus on the proper design and operating effectiveness of their quality control systems. 

Upon conclusion of the peer review, a report is issued in accordance with AICPA professional standards.
